Well, we made it to Nevada...

Hi all...as per usual, we spent last night in a Walmart parking lot.

We got up this morning and made some quick modifications to our storage arrangement (we'll let you know whether or not it is better...) in the car.

Then we made our way over to the Grand Canyon. It cost $25.00 per car, but I think it was worth it. It really is quite an amazing site...Alex got a little camera happy again (you will see some of those pictures eventually)...man...I hate being a tourist...I wanted to break trail and find a way down into the canyon to negate the touristy feel of the situation, but Alex was wearing flip flops...so we didn't...

Well, after that, we drove over to Nevada...I have to tell you...those bright lights are obnoxious...I am really glad we aren't doing the Vegas thing...seems like a big old waste of time to me.

We are currently waiting outside of alex's friend's place...he offered to let us crash (thanks James), but doesn't get out of work for a few more minutes...
